Haviva Malina, MD, is an experienced and board-certified Emergency Medicine doctor who co-founded KETA Medical Center. Dr. Malina is devoted to providing innovative and evidence-based care to all her patients in Oradell, New Jersey, the Upper West Side of Manhattan in New York City, and New Rochelle, New York and surrounding areas.

She graduated Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude, with Departmental Psychology Honors from Barnard College, Columbia University in New York City, New York. Subsequently, she completed medical school at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York, followed by an Emergency Medicine residency at Jacobi Medical and Trauma Center.

Dr. Malina has worked as an attending physician at Einstein Hospital and continues to practice at Hoboken University Medical Center. She has been a practicing Emergency Medicine doctor for almost 15 years.

Working in the ER for more than a decade, specifically at Hoboken Medical Center – a regional psychiatric mobile crisis center, she has witnessed first-hand the detrimental effect that psychiatric illness can have on patients and their families.

Dr. Malina firmly believes that Spravato and ketamine infusions hold the key to successful treatment for patients suffering with persistent disabling mood disorders.

She warmly welcomes all patients into KETA Medical Center and looks forward to caring for them.
